General Information

The summer has come and gone quickly.  We had many very hot and hazy days, but now we are headed back to school and fall is right around the corner.  As always, the village has many fun and exciting activities for residents of all ages.  We kick the fall off with two of our more popular community events.  The 5K Run will be held on Labor Day (Sept. 6th) beginning from Mercy College.  We have dozens of youth programs that will begin this month including most of our pre-school programs.  The senior citizen program has two advocates.  Please come down and visit with Abby and Pierrette!   The fall/winter brochure will be mailed the first week of this month so keep an eye out.  Stop by the Embassy Community  Center for more information on our upcoming programs, and enjoy the start of the new school year!

Just a reminder that the Dobbs Ferry Recreation Department does not run the youth football league, the youth baseball league  or  the youth soccer  program. For more information on baseball and soccer, see web sites: DFYBL.com and AYSO324.org.
